Rainbow Panda Chase Calculator
Rainbow Panda is the game's most-searched chase. A 0.02% Chroma in the 20-token Safari Pack means it sits at the exact intersection of 'cheap to open' and 'genuinely rare', which is why it's become the default benchmark for chase probability on every Blooket calculator.

Safari Pack · 0.02% drop rate
500 packs ≈ 10,000 tokens.
Every threshold above runs the same cumulative-probability formula covered in drop rates explained, the canonical math piece for the blooket calculator. Rainbow Panda is one of every Chroma in the game, and you can compare its trade value against the rest of the chase pool in the blook value guide.
What does each budget actually buy you?
Cumulative probability rises fast at low pack counts and flattens out. Each row costs more for less additional chance.

The story behind Rainbow Panda
Rainbow Panda is a Chroma rarity Blook that can only be obtained from the Safari Pack, which costs 20 tokens per opening. According to the Blooket Wiki, it is the 10th Chroma ever made available through the market, and the only Rainbow-themed Blook obtainable from a standard pack. Its drop rate of 0.02% (1 in 5,000) is shared with just a handful of other permanent-pool Chromas, making it one of the rarest non-limited Blooks in the game.
Visually, Rainbow Panda is a reskin of the Panda, an Uncommon from the same Safari Pack. The difference is a yellow-to-purple gradient painted over the eye patches, dripping downward like paint, with matching gradient recoloring on the ears. Its in-game Blook Score is 50, identical to all other Chromas. Rainbow Panda is featured in the Café game mode, where it can appear as a customer.
At the time of its release, Rainbow Panda and Tropical Globe were the only two Blooks at the 0.02% mark. Since then several seasonal Chromas have matched that rate, but Rainbow Panda remains distinct because the Safari Pack is always in rotation, unlike the Blizzard Pack or Spooky Pack, which only appear for limited windows. That permanent availability is a key part of the chase math: every single day is a valid grinding day.
How to budget your Rainbow Panda chase
At 0.02% (1 in 5,000 packs), reaching a 50% cumulative chance requires ~3,465 packs, that's 69,300 tokens. At the daily gameplay cap of 500 tokens plus the Daily Wheel average of ~47 tokens, you are looking at roughly 127 days of perfect play to have an even-money shot. The practical approach is to split token farming across Classic or Tower Defense 2 (both earn 2 tokens/question) and check the Daily Wheel every day without fail, since each spin is free upside that stacks outside your 500-token cap. There is no pity timer or guaranteed-after-N-packs mechanic, every pack opening is independent at 0.02%. Budget for the 90% threshold (approximately 11,512 packs, ~230,240 tokens) only if you are genuinely committed to the multi-year grind; most players aim for the 50% threshold and treat anything beyond that as bonus attempts.
Rainbow Panda commands a trade floor of roughly 3,500 to 6,000 tokens in the community market, placing it at the top of the permanent-pool Chroma tier. Its high value comes from three factors: the 0.02% drop rate, the fact that the Safari Pack is permanently available (so supply is constrained only by player grind and luck, never a rerun window), and its status as the community's benchmark chase blook. If you land one and need to liquidate, list it no lower than 3,500 tokens; historically it trades above that floor. Compare this to newer seasonal Chromas that can temporarily spike on release then settle lower, Rainbow Panda has shown price stability because its supply ceiling is set purely by probability.
